About Me ...

Simon has been baking for longer than he cares to remember.  Now having reached the age of 40, it is time to start getting serious about food and start pursuing some dreams.

For me, food should be about flavour, texture, senstaion.  There is no point in having a pretty plate that tastes of nothing. 

When not thinking about food, I am actively involved with theatre as a director, reviewer and sometime actor.  Otherwise you will find me online or reading a book!
